🌿 Workshop 1: “Soil & Self: What Nourishes Us?”
Date: Saturday, August 23rd Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Begin with the basics: healthy soil and healthy humans are built the same way—diverse, dynamic, and alive. This session introduces regenerative gardening practices while exploring gut health, boundaries, and the importance of nutrient exchange. Includes a compost demo and a guided practice on nourishment mapping for body and life.

🌻 Workshop 2: “We Are the Weather”

This session explores our personal and collective relationship to climate change—from eco-anxiety to action. Participants will create community “climate care kits” and learn grounding techniques for emotional resilience alongside water-retention strategies for drought-hardy gardens. Personal wellness meets planetary stewardship.

🍠 Workshop 3: “Grow the Future: Regenerative Gardening as Resistance”
Date: Saturday, September 6th Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Learn regenerative gardening practices like no-till, cover cropping, and polyculture planting—while also discussing food sovereignty, mutual aid, and the politics of land access. This workshop includes a hands-on planting session and a reflective conversation about growing food as an act of liberation and care.

🌕 Workshop 4: “The Compost of Change”

We examine how breakdown—both in soil and society—can be the catalyst for new life. Explore personal and communal ways to compost fear, failure, and burnout into creative energy. Includes a soil amendment lab and guided reflection ritual on letting go, composting what no longer serves, and tending inner fertility.

🌱 Workshop 5: “Tend the Revolution”
Date: Saturday, September 20th Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
How do we stay rooted while rising together? In this final session, we integrate all we've learned into personal action plans and community blueprints. From medicinal gardens to mutual aid networks, we imagine tangible steps toward wellness, justice, and regeneration. Ends with a collaborative planting and a shared meal.
