Spring time ~ the season where nature comes back to life!
After the colder temperatures and hibernation period of winter, spring time arrives with a feeling of renewal, rejuvenation and hope. Observing the natural surrounding, one can easily notice how everything slowly starts to awaken.
As the days are gradually becoming longer, with more sunlight and warmer temperatures, all living beings are being offered an opportunity for a restart, a new beginning.
And in the same way that the birds, flowers and butterflies are flourishing, we humans are slowly being encouraged to get out of our cocoon and open ourselves to the new.
This retreat is centered around the season of spring and is inspired by nature as well as our connection with the inner child. That young, wild and pure aspect of us which the truth is, has never left us. It is always there, within us longing for our remembrance and reconnection with it. Waiting for us to make space for it so we can be inspired to bring into our life more joy, playfulness, curiosity and openness.
Throughout this 3 day retreat experience, we will explore different mindfulness and self development practices with the aim to create the favorable conditions and safe space for you to reconnect with your inner most truth, your infinite potential and purity of the heart.

Meet the Facilitator
Eleni Erotokritou is a Certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher as well as a Heal Your Life Coach and Seminar Teacher.
She is characterized by the love and devotion she shows for supporting individuals as well as groups of people to connect on a deeper level with their authentic expression by healing and transforming themselves from the inside out.
For the last 6 years she has been offering various opportunities for groups of people to come together and connect in meaningful and mindful ways through Yoga, Full Moon Ceremonies and events held in nature, Self Development Workshops as well as seasonal Retreats.
At the moment she has embarked on a new journey as a Heal your Life Coach where she works with people on a personal level through 1-1 guidance and mentoring sessions.
