As the weather started to cool down in September, I had this little idea to do a weekly walk around my beautiful town. Just me, staying active, soaking in all the good vibes of Dunedin—‘cause honestly, it’s so stunning 😍Then I thought, why not invite the community to come along and turn it into something we can all share and enjoy?
What began as simple mindful weekly walks has really blossomed! 🌸Seeing the 🪷Buddhist monks walking for peace really struck a chord with so many—everyone’s craving connection and calm right now, so more and more people started joining us. 🕊️
🎶One week, we added music and dance and brought some extra fun energy into the mix! 💃Now we walk, some dance, play music, and at today’s walk we handed out peace flowers 🌸—spreading love and positivity everywhere. The community and visitors alike are loving it. The smiles are contagious, and it’s such an uplifting, soul-nourishing experience—something we all need right now.

📍Next week 2/7 we’ll meet at Dunedin Causeway, 10 a.m., on the left side near High & Dry.
*We switch up the locations each week—sometimes Hammock Park, the Pinellas Trail, or Honeymoon Island—but this week, it’s the Causeway. Let’s share the joy! 🌻🤩💖
