This Latin Movement Workshop is a joyful, empowering space designed for women aged 18+ who want to move their bodies, feel confident, and reconnect with themselves through rhythm and music.
Inspired by Latin and Cuban movement, this class focuses on natural body motion, femininity, posture, coordination, and self-expression โ not performance, not pressure.
No dance experience is needed.
โฑ Class Structure (1 hour total)
Each weekly session includes:
Warm-up & body activation
45 minutes of guided Latin movement
Cool-down and stretching
