✨ About Me
I am a Moon Mother, trained in Dance Therapy through the Dance of Life method of Loreto San Juan, and a women’s group facilitator with a deep devotion to the sacred reconnection with the womb and the Divine Feminine. For more than six years I have been holding spaces for women to come home to themselves, their bodies, and their inner cycles.
Rooted in community life in Dorset, I draw inspiration from nature, the moon, flowers, and the weaving of rituals that honor the sacred in the everyday. Alongside this, I bring my background as an Occupational Therapist, blending therapeutic grounding with spiritual depth.
My work is an invitation to remember: to remember the sacred within ourselves, within our bodies, and within our wombs — not as something separate, but as a living presence in daily life.
