The day will weave a womb journey portal. A soft and nourishing gathering of women in a held ritualistic space. We will explore the womb through unique healing modalities, movement, ceremony, vibroacoustic massage, womb education, and energetic techniques.
You will leave feeling deeply connected to your feminine essence, with a renewed sense of harmony in your womb and heart. Women will also receive education and daily practices to support tuning in beyond the retreat. A nutritious hormone-balancing lunch with light snacks will be provided.
The journey includes:

Felicia is a traveling birth doula, women's wellness guide, and mizan therapist. She's attended births across several countries and continents, lived with midwives off-grid in the south of spain, and continues to spread the love wherever she goes. She believes the womb is a point of contact into knowing ourselves deeper.

About Kristina Ude: Kristina is a neurosomatic coach, massage therapist and astrologer who’s work circles around the womb, pelvic floor and belly. She is the author of the first book about menstrual awareness in Estonia (“Kuukiik”) and an educator with 16years of experience.
