This month at Heart Space Yoga we’ll be working with Rose Quartz—the crystal of unconditional love, gentleness, and compassion. Known as the stone of the heart, rose quartz softens our edges, helps us release tension, and gently opens us to giving and receiving love more freely.
Rose Quartz is deeply connected with the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the centre of love, balance, and harmony. When this chakra is open, we feel safe, connected, and able to both nurture ourselves and hold space for others. Together, we’ll explore this energy through angel card guidance, crystal connection, and a beautiful Rahani meditation.
