Join us for a Spring Welcoming Yoga & Sound Healing session, where we’ll release the stagnant energy of winter and embrace the fresh vitality of the new season. This event will blend pranayama, Hatha Vinyasa flow, Yin restorative practices, and sacred sound healing, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, peaceful, and connected.Session Highlights:
✨We’ll start by welcoming the spring energy together, setting our intentions, and getting to know each other.
🌬️Then Marti will guide us through a breathwork session to energize, balance, and center your mind in preparation for the physical practice ahead.
🧘 We will go through a gentle but energizing yoga flow (Yang) to energize the body and release winter blockages, helping you connect with the uplifting energy of spring.
🌸We will also incorporate deep, slow stretches to release tension (Yin), make room for fresh energy, and allow you to sink into a state of rejuvenation.
🌙We will end up with a nourishing relaxation, accompanied by sacred sound healing led by one & only Silvia, to integrate the practice and allow the spring energy to fill you fully.
🍵We’ll finish with herbal tea , healthy snacks and a circle for reflections and sharing intentions for the season ahead.
This session is designed to help you connect with the natural rhythms of spring, release the heaviness of winter, and embrace new beginnings. About Martyna: Marti is a Certified 500-hour Hatha & Ashtanga Advanced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. She has completed also other teacher training in Yin, Nidra, numerous Vipassana meditation trainings, as well as yoga therapy program.
Originally from Poland, she teaches daily in schools, on retreats, camps, trainings. She blends alignment-focused asana with philosophy, meditation, mantra chanting, and pranayama, sharing her passion for traditional Indian yoga.
Martyna is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, adapting traditional teachings to individual needs. With personal experience in injury recovery, she deeply understands yoga’s therapeutic benefits and is dedicated to sharing its healing potential with others✨
