Join Downward Dog Wellness and Luna Healing Arts for a special springtime collaboration designed to help you clear stagnant energy and invite fresh intention into your space and body.
We’ll begin with a grounding and energizing yoga + meditation practice led by Ellen of Downward Dog Wellness, helping you connect inward and release what no longer serves you. Then, Esmeralda of Luna Healing Arts will introduce the principles of feng shui and guide you in creating your own custom space-clearing spray using crystal chips and essential oils aligned with the energy you want to welcome into your home or sacred space.
