If you’ve been curious about yoga but unsure where to start — this space is for you.
For the next few Mondays, I’m opening a small, welcoming group for anyone who wants to experience what yoga really is — beyond flexibility or shapes.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga in a kind, relaxed environment where every body and every level is welcome.
Each session will include:
🌸Simple movements to gently open the body
🌸Breathing techniques to calm the mind
🌸Short reflections on the roots and purpose of yoga
🌸Time to rest, recharge, and connect
You don’t need any experience — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. These sessions are designed to help you feel grounded, centered, and connected, both on and off the mat.
🪷 Why These Classes Are Free
These classes are my way of offering something back to the community and creating space for new faces to discover yoga before the new year.
Starting in January, we’ll continue with a refreshed weekly schedule and small group classes for those who’d like to deepen their practice.
