In a world that constantly asks you to do more, be more, and hold more, Love From Within offers a gentle pause. A space to set down self-judgment, release inner pressure, and remember the steady presence of love that already lives within you.
This heart-centered sound bath and meditation is designed to help you relax your nervous system, open your heart, and return to yourself with compassion and ease. Rather than striving or fixing, you’ll be guided to soften…to receive…to simply be.
We'll start with a 10-minute guided meditation and move into 60 minutes of the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other intentional instruments. The vibrations move through the body with care, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and ease emotional weight so you can rest more fully in yourself.
***Softening Release Ritual***
As part of the experience, you’ll be invited into a simple, private ritual of release. You’ll gently name one way you’ve been hard on yourself…a belief, pattern, or inner voice you’re ready to soften. With intention, you’ll place it into a shared vessel. Nothing is forced. Nothing is shared aloud. Everything is honored.
