This March, we’re heading out on a yoga adventure 🌿Join Root & Roar Kids Yoga at the Council Bluffs Public Library for a Storytime Yoga experience inspired by The Hike — where kids and caregivers explore bravery, curiosity, and calm through movement, breath, and imagination.
We’ll climb mountains, cross streams, spot animals, and slow down to notice the beauty of nature — all through gentle, playful yoga.
