4:00 – 4:15 pm | Arrival
Hot drinks & mince pies served.
Guests can hang baubles/tags on the tree.
Gentle carols in the background.
4:15 – 4:25 pm | Welcome & Words from Sarah
Hosted by Carmella, with a short heartfelt message from Sarah, the cemetery owner.
4:25 – 4:40 pm | Reflection & Songs
Live songs and a moment of silence to remember our animals, with optional poem/words of comfort.
4:40 – 4:55 pm | Community Time
Refreshments, conversation, and time to add baubles or messages in the remembrance book.
5:00 pm | The Big Switch-On ✨
Guest of Honour leads the countdown.
Tree lights up, followed by an uplifting song.
5:05 – 5:25 pm | Community Singing & Refreshments
Festive favourites performed live, with plenty of chances to sing along.
5:25 – 5:30 pm | Closing & Silent Night
Thanks to all who make this evening possible.
We end together, singing “Silent Night” around the glowing tree.
