Come and join us at this special location in Charfield, South Gloucestershire, just a few miles north of Bristol, 2mins from junction 14.
OUR SESSION - ⭐⭐3 HOURS OF BLISS!! ⭐⭐
The New Year, an opportunity to take some time out for you. After the craziness that Christmas can bring us our session is all about, stopping, grounding, reseting, coming back to ourselves and setting intensions. You can expect yin yoga to start with where options are given for each pose, we work with our own bodies, followed by a gorgeous deep relaxation, where you get to lie down, pillows, blankets, all cuddly in your yoga nest ready for a fully guided yoga nidra, yogic sleep, followed by sound healing including singing bowls and chimes, all finished off with hots drinks and treats in the Hobbit House with its log fire and rustic charm.
OUR VENUE - A beautiful yurt with under floor heating set in the countryside over looking a stream and gorgeous meadows, we also will be using a hand built "Hobbit House" which looks onto the country side, think rustic charm, hand made wood doors, log fires and fairy lights

WHAT TO BRING - Just need to wear comfortable layered clothes, yoga mats can be provided please request one when booking. Bolsters are provided, just bring along a blanket, a cushion for your head and anything else that you need for your comfort.

The Venue IMPORTANT
There is free parking in our own car park, there are toilet facilities.
We are well hidden, you will need to turn down the lane by the
petrol station in Charfield, drive along until you come to Rio Pools on the right hand side. Here there is a car park for you to wait, there is a large metal gate to the side, I will need to open this gate to let you all through to the Yurt parking area, about 10 mins before our session starts, before this time I will be setting up......
