Executive Chef/Co-Owner Tony Vu has curated a five-course menu highlighting dishes that celebrate resilience, abundance, and togetherness. Each course tells a story, blending Vietnamese tradition with festive symbolism to bring good fortune for the year ahead.
Tickets include a welcome glass of wine or bubbly, gratuity, and five beautifully prepared courses:
First Course - Nem Cua Bể (Crispy Crab Spring Rolls)
Golden, crispy rolls packed with crab, pork, mushrooms, and noodles. Served with nước chấm to kick off Tết with a festive crunch and the snack that brings wealth.
Second Course - Canh Khổ Qua (Bitter Melon Soup)
Pork-stuffed bitter melon simmered in a light, savory broth. A symbolic dish for Tết, representing resilience and leaving hardships behind.
Third Course - Xôi Lạp Xưởng (Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage)
Steamed sticky rice brushed with scallion oil, topped with sweet sausage, crispy shallots, and pork floss. A comforting dish that brings warmth and abundance to the new year table.
Fourth Course - Cơm gà Hải Nam (Hainanese-Style Chicken)
Tender poached chicken with fragrant rice, served alongside a vibrant ginger-scallion sauce and spicy garlic chili paste. Clean flavors and simple elegance for the Tết feast, symbolizing good luck, prosperity, and togetherness.
Dessert - Chè Trôi Nước (Sticky Rice Balls in Ginger Syrup)
Soft rice balls filled with sweet mung bean, swimming in warm ginger syrup. Their round shape symbolizes unity and completeness for the year ahead.
