LOCATION: Canatara Beach West - park in Canatara park, through the west roundabout, then enter the parking lot by the entrance to cove.

DETAILS:
*The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and the portal to the second half of the year. A celebration of how far we’ve come since the Winter Solstice and a powerful witnessing of the energy of fire element-the SUN.
*This special event will have us honouring the sun itself and the sun within us by practicing Gentle Sun Salutations.
We will move, meditate, breathe and practice with mudras and mantras.
We close the circle with a fire burning ceremony to burn away anything holding us back from living our absolute truth and highest self. We will feel awakened, empowered and aligned moving into the second half of the year!
