🌚 Our evening will start with a short lecture about the significance of the new moon and how we can align with it's powerful energy and invite this in to the New Year. Our Yoga practice will be steady and strong, working out any stress and tension from the body, to prepare us for some deep rest:
✨ Once we begin to unwind and settle in for our relaxation, the sounds of gentle chimes and singing bowls will help you into a restful state. The gong will then begin to sound. Layers of sound will build up and take you on your own personal dreamy journey ✨
💫 The sounds take you into alpha and theta waves of sleep where you are relaxed and open to the healing vibrations of the gong. The intention is simply just to let go and see what comes up for you 💫
⭐️ There are many benefits to a sound bath.
-Feeling calmer/less stressed.
-Muscles that feel looser.
-A greater sense of relaxation.
-Pain relief.
-The ability to sleep better.
-Improved mood.
-Better body awareness/being more in tune with your body.
💞 The session will finish with some gentle sounds as you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
🍰 We will then of course take the last 15 minutes of the workshop to enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake - we can also share in our experiences if we wish to.
