Sisters, you are warmly invited into an intimate women’s circle where two ancient Chinese traditions weave together to guide us into stillness, connection, and renewal. Together, we will honor the season of Autumn—a time of letting go, refining, and transforming.
🍵 Sacred Tea Ceremony (Cha-do)
Within the container of circle, tea becomes a ritual of presence. Shared in silence and received with awareness, it nourishes not only the body but also the soul. Each sip invites us to soften, open our hearts, and reconnect with the sacredness of the present moment.
🌬️ Qigong Practice
Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and meditative stillness, we awaken and cultivate our life force energy (Qi). Rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements, Qigong supports balance and vitality. In this season of Autumn (Metal Element), we are invited to release old patterns, making space for clarity, truth, and transformation.
