The Hindu and Buddhist traditions mark this transition as the start of a new year, aligning with the natural cycles of renewal and fresh energy.
On April 26th, under the first building moon, we gather to honor this cosmic shift through breath, movement, connection, and dance.

🔸 3:30 PM – Somatic Embodiment & Authentic Connection by Pia (3:30 – 4:30 PM)
🌸 A heart-centered session to reconnect with your body and others through somatic movement and presence.
🔸 4:30 PM – Playfight Workshop by Eleni (4:30 – 5:30 PM)
🥊 A playful and powerful exploration of boundaries, strength and trust through conscious movement.
🔸 5:30 PM – Break & Mitbringbuffet (5:30 – 7:00 PM)
🍲 A shared meal, deep conversations, and time to integrate the day’s experiences.

Heart-opening rituals, mindful movement and ecstatic dance

🍵 Opening our hearts through sacred cacao, setting intentions, and preparing for an evening of celebration.
🔸 7:45 PM – Mindful Movement & Conscious Connection by Leonie & Karen
💃 A gentle movement session to warm up the body and attune to the rhythm of the ecstatic dance.
🔸 8:30 PM – Ecstatic Dance by Astralinth
🎶 Free your mind, body and soul in a deep dance journey, moving with the energy of the New Moon.
🔸 10.00 PM – Closing Circle
🌕 Gathering in gratitude to reflect, share, and close the night in unity and peace.
💫 This is a drug- and alcohol-free event. Let’s embrace this experience with full presence, limiting phone use and immersing ourselves in the moment.
