Bookings are non refundable. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances then I will first look to reschedule or refunds will be issued.
Please note the Holiday Inn has a car parking system that requires you to log your number plate on arrival. We will be able to advise you on how to do this on the night and your parking will be free. However if you incorrectly complete the advice or fail to log your car registration I take no responsibility for any parking charges that are received on the night.
