The Autumn Equinox (also known as “Mabon”) is a magical time wherein we honor the passing of seasons and welcome in the magic of Fall.
This dream and nature-based ritual is intended to intentionally harvest both the internal and external beauty we’ve been cultivating this year while expressing gratitude for the abundance of the Earth while seeking to find balance within ourselves.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
● An opening collective ceremony of: somatic movement, prayer & Guided Dreaming
● Journal prompts and reflection time
● A guided dreamweaving experience with the Tarot and/Oracle cards
● Group dreamwork to build magical intention for the upcoming season
● A closing prayer and recommended continued ritual for the actual Equinox on 9/22
***please bring a small special personal item with you that represents Fall for you. Examples could be: found objects from nature, stones, crystals, etc.
***please bring a journal/ pen, an eye mask (optional) and water.
You do not need to remember your nighttime dreams to attend or participate in this experience! Whether you remember or not, expect a deeper connection to your dreams and magic in your life as a result.

Having been a prolific dreamer since childhood, Serafina has leaned on the wisdom and guidance of her own dreams throughout her life for over 20 years now. Her curiosity (and dreams) led to her becoming a Certified Professional Dreamworker/Yoga Instructor/Meditation Instructor, Somatic Practitioner, Marketing & Brand Executive, Storyteller and Educator.
Serafina is passionate about the mystical aspects of this life -- continuously seeking the practical magic in everyday life while learning how to cultivate a beautiful and trusting relationship with these amazing bodies we've been gifted. Her mission is to help guide her clients and students into the unknown darkness of the realm of the dreaming in a very human way to discover the empowerment and uniqueness that lies within.
