As an established Psychotherapist and Energy healer I support individuals to recognise their purpose in this world. Helping those who have had or are experiencing periods of distress, spiritual crises, anxiety and whom have felt very alone and misunderstood.
My aim for the coming year is to help more individuals such as those of you who are lightworkers, healers and planetary empaths to understand your powerful gifts and your role here on earth.

During this intimate 3 hour workshop we will explore how to understand yourself as an empath and embrace tools for healing and Ascension.

This is a seated workshop
Mats, cushions and throws will be provided for the meditation, sound and energy healing practice. You can choose to remain seated.
