📍 Location: Birthplace of Speed Park (near the Granada beach approach)
🕘 9:00 - 10:00 AM: Free Yoga with Kim
🕥 10:30 - 11:30 AM: Beach Cleanup
🧘♀️ 11:30 AM: Mindfulness & Breathwork Circle
Join us in celebrating Earth Day with a morning of movement, mindfulness, and giving back to our beautiful planet! 🌿💙
🌞 Start the day with a peaceful yoga session by the ocean, led by Kim, as we connect with nature and set our intentions for a more sustainable future.
🌊 After yoga, help us clean up the beach to protect marine life and keep our shores beautiful! Cleanup supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring gloves or reusable bags.
🌬️ We’ll wrap up with a breathwork and mindfulness circle, grounding ourselves in gratitude and awareness for the Earth.
💚 This is a free, family-friendly event. Bring a yoga mat or towel, reusable water bottle, and a friend!
