🌊 White Rock Lake Water Blessing & Cleanup 🌊Join us for our monthly gathering at White Rock Lake, where community, care for the environment, and mindfulness come together!

🌟 What to Expect:
1. Water Blessing & Sound Healing – We’ll begin with a ceremony to honor the lake, setting positive intentions with sound healing.
2. Lake Cleanup – Together, we’ll help restore the beauty of the lake by picking up litter and keeping this cherished place clean.
3. Mindful Movement led by @ Sarah Sampson – We’ll end the event with a session of gentle, mindful movement led by to connect with ourselves and the natural surroundings.
🌿 Bring: Comfortable clothes, gloves, water, and any cleanup supplies you have on hand (we’ll have some, too).
