Experience the grounding Earthy heartbeat of the Ancient drum, deep cellular healing of the crystal bowls, soothing vibrations of the Celtic harp, and transcendental temple drone of the monochord all accompanied by ancestral and celestial channelled vocals & light language.

What to expect?
- A cosy warm space, with a welcoming herbal tea as we open the circle where you are invited to share a healing intention for the session, ask any questions and ground into the space.
You will then be guided into a meditative state by laying down, getting comfortable, and breathing into your body. Expect to relax deeply and to be ‘bathed’ in soothing sounds.
-You may feel tingling sensations in your body, experience seeing colours or dream like visions, feeling emotional or a sense of deep love. All feelings and experiences are valid and welcome.
I like to end sessions with some grounding by gently moving, and connecting to our own voices through humming, chanting and singing, helping to bring us back into our bodies.
-Finally finishing with a closing circle where you are invited to share any experiences, ask questions, and pull oracle cards to receive loving guidance and clarity.
- I will also bring some grounding snacks of dark chocolate, dates, grapes and nuts (please let me know of any nut alleries)

A healing intention for yourself
Important information:
People who are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy / seizures, metal implants or heart conditions should take caution and consult their doctor before coming to a sound bath or sound healing session. If you have any serious health conditions, please let me know whilst booking.
