In this intimate candlelit class, Aleena will guide you through a gentle, restorative Yin Yoga practice, designed to open the heart and calm the nervous system.
As you melt into each posture, Kristal will weave a luminous soundscape using crystal singing bowls, drum, breath, and voice, creating a soothing atmosphere for deep rest and energetic harmony.
Her crystalline tones and sacred instruments invite you to soften inward — to unwind, release, and reconnect to your own quiet radiance.
