瞬息萬變的寶瓶時代,變化快、知識容易取得、選擇多,但也正因為選擇變多,我們反而不知道該選什麼、該往哪去、往哪轉,比過往更多的無所適從、懷疑與困惑。

寶瓶時代的好處之一就是大量的靈性覺醒,充斥各式各樣的身心靈工具與療癒:瑜珈、薩滿、精油、頌缽、聲療...等,就像是去逛身心靈超市一樣,我們以為選擇某樣工具,人生就會從此一路順遂~

這也是種「錯覺」,就因為人生並沒有發生如預期,我們就覺得一定是哪裡有問題,希望藉由這些靈性工具讓人生走入「正軌」。所有的「發生」都發生在對的時間、對的地方、對的軌道上,如果沒有這些發生,我們就會在不同的道路上,就像佛學說的,人生的煩惱來自於「癡 - obsession」,我們所需要的是放下我執、放下妄想,進入內心那個安靜的地方,並連結內在智慧、臣服與相信。

10月的昆達里尼瑜伽將專注於提高我們的意識和直覺,當意識提高、直覺變強,我們就越能看清腳下正在走的道路,不是往前看(未來),而是往下(當下)、專注在踏出的每一步;而當我們的直覺變強,我們在這條道路上就越少懷疑,更能被內在的智慧指引,讓生命自然流動,更多自由!

? 昆達里尼瑜伽是很特別的瑜伽,跟一般瑜伽課「完全」不同,一樣有動作,但著重在練氣、能量與頻率,昆達里尼瑜伽能幫助我們的覺知更敏銳,由內而外找到力量、進而改變!
? 昆達里尼著重在呼吸、體位、梵唱與冥想來增強神經系統、平衡腺體系統(跟內分泌有關),調節肌肉與釋放身心長久累積的壓力~

? 所有人都可以參加,不需要任何瑜伽經驗(因為它跟其他瑜伽也很不一樣)。唯一需要的是開放的心、水,以及穿著舒適的衣服!

請注意:昆達里尼的呼吸法比較激烈,通常我們不會戴口罩,但如果您有顧慮,還是可以戴喔 ?

We living in a world that’s changing rapidly that we can’t respond the way we have been able to in the past, we’re challenged on every level, we don’t know where to gravitate, where to turn, we live in an era where we have more fears, doubts and confusion than ever.
So we start searching for a “quick fix”, looking for different spiritual “tools” and hoping they can fix our problems, we think if we pray, if we go to a healing session, if we do this or do that, then our life will be miraculously “fixed.”
To “FIX” our life is illusional, everything falls into the right place in the right time, there’s nothing needs fixing, what we need is to learn to drop some of the thoughts that we’re holding onto, drop our illusion, delusion and come into the inner quietness and connect that inner wisdom, surrender and listen.
Kundalini Yoga in October will focus on sharpening our awareness and intuition, the more aware we become, the more we are able to focus on the present moment and each step that we’re taking in that moment, rather than worrying about the future or being caught up by the past; and the more intuitive we become, the more we are able to trust the path we’re walking, receiving higher guidance and flowing with life.✨

? Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and profoundly transformative practice to help break through self-imposed limitations, increase self-awareness, resilience and activate our inner power. The method uses breath, postures, sound(chanting), and meditation to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, tone the muscles, and release tension from the body.

? It is open to all levels, and no previous yoga experience is needed. All you need is an open heart, water bottle, and to wear comfortable clothes.

? Please note: we will be breathing vigorously, we won’t be wearing masks, but you CAN if you have concern.
