In this workshop, you will learn:1. Handstand-related flexibility (including the mobility of the shoulders and hips for handstand practice)
2. Base strength of a handstand (including the use of the fingers and strengthening of the forearm and shoulders)
3. Body positioning and alignment (more practice on the wall with different leg variations to build up a solid and strong base for a handstand)
4. Kicking into a handstand
5. How to exit from a handstand (recommended for students who can hold a handstand and understand the balance against the wall first, followed by progressing to a freestanding handstand)
Capacity: 20 students
