☆このムーブメントワークショップでは〜
身体感覚・自己の存在、より深い繋がりを通して、全体性との一体感へと至る道を探求します。
≈動きの背後にある動きとは?
≈呼吸・大地・空・その間の空間に繋がる
≈ソロ〜ペア〜グループでの即興の動きから、可能性に満ちた身体を発見します。
✸自己の存在から集合体としての一体感を発見する旅へ。
❍このワークショップはあらゆるレベルの方にご参加いただけます。ダンス経験は問いません。

19:00～21:45pm
⇒更衣室は18:50から利用できます。荷物と着替えは更衣室に保管してください。

○動きやすい服装（天然素材がお勧めです）
○膝パッド（多目的室の床が硬めです。膝が敏感なら必要。）

講師のラウリンダ・チェンは、カナダを拠点に活動するインターディシプリナリー(多分野交錯的)なダンサーで、クラシックバレエ、コンテンポラリーダンス、ストリートダンス、コンタクトインプロビゼーション、舞踏など、30年以上のダンス経験を持ちます。彼女のムーブメントトレーニングは、北米、南米、ヨーロッパ、南アフリカ、そして日本へと彼女を導いてきました。
カウンセリング・教育学修士号取得。現役の心理カウンセラーとして活躍中。

Who are you? What if in this very moment you have the keys to a thousand doorways across the universe? What if you could travel with others and share in the journey together?
This movement research workshop is about deep embodiment and connection to the self as a pathway to oneness. Here we may discover the movement behind the movement. The way that each of us belongs to this continuum of the universe.
Themes we will explore in our journey will include breath, the earth, the sky, and the space between. We will engage in solo, partner, and group movement improvisation. Together we discover the body of the possible.
This workshop is open to all levels. No prior dance experience is necessary.
Date: Wednesday, Nov 12th,
Time: 7pm-9pm
Please arrive on time so we can start together.
* The changing rooms are available 18:50~ // ~21:50pm
* the entrance of the building will be locked 21:59pm, please be ready to move towards the exit as soon as we end the jam on 21:45pm.

•A notebook and a pen (we will have a 10 minute silent reflection period before our closing harvest)
•Comfortable, loose clothing (natural materials are best)
•Knee pads ( protection from the hardwood floor)

The instructor, Laurinda Cheng, is an interdisciplinary dancer based in Canada with over 30 years of dance training in classical ballet, contemporary, street dance, contact improvisation, and butoh. Her movement training has taken her across North America, South America, Europe, South Africa, and Japan. She also has a Master of Education in Counselling, and aims to support each student in their exploration of movement, the body, and the self…across the universe.
