武滿徹、日本國寶級作曲家。其作品，你一定從黒澤明、勅使河原宏、小林正樹等大導演的經典電影中聽過。
他在生命中最後一年患癌住院寫了《寂靜的花園》一書，當中包括了幻想食譜集《胡蘿蔔素祭典》，是為女兒結婚時寫的，充滿了對食物和家庭的愛。
一連兩晚，PMQ味道圖書館客席廚師和音樂家Erikson Ting及導演戚家基將為大家解讀武滿徹為黒澤明、勅使河原宏和小林正樹的電影寫的音樂，同時附上《胡蘿蔔素祭典》中的幻想菜色，以及各導演的心愛食物；Erikson還會演奏幾首當中的電影音樂。
讓大家在一個晚上，穿梭於日本電影的黃金時代，迷醉於經典音樂人及電影人的傳奇故事。
Toru Takemitsu, one of the most famous Japanese composers. You must have listened to his
music in the movies of Akira Kurosawa, Hiroshi Teshigahara and Masaki Kobayashi.
In the last year of his life, he wrote . This book included an imaginative recipe
collection , which he wrote while his daughter was getting married, showing
his love to the family and food.
Two nights in a row, Erikson Ting, guest chef and musician of PMQ Taste Library and Peter Tsi, movie director will decode the movies and musics which Toru Takemitsu worked with Akira Kurosawa, Hiroshi Teshigahara and Masaki Kobayashi. Erikson will also play a few pieces composed by Takemitsu.
In a summer evening, we will bring you back to the golden age of Japanese cinema, indulge in the stories of the famous composers and directors.
