Give yourself the gift of a full-body reset as we gently transition from the busyness of Christmas into the soft, spacious energy of the New Year.
This calming two-hour practice is designed to help you unwind, replenish your energy, and regulate the nervous system after a full and festive December.
We’ll begin with a slow, breath-led yoga flow to ease out tension, soften tired muscles, and support a deeper connection to your body and breath. The movement is nourishing and accessible — suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
You’ll then melt into a series of deeply restful Restorative and Yin-style postures, using props to support the body so you can completely unwind. Gentle breathwork will help release any remaining stress and shift your system from “doing” into “being.”
We close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra — the perfect practice for resetting your inner energy, calming the mind, and creating space for the year ahead. Think of it as a full-system reboot: soothing for the nervous system, grounding for the body, and clarifying for the mind.
Afterwards, enjoy a warm herbal tea, sweet festive treats, and optional journaling time to reflect on the year you’re leaving behind… and gently call in what you’re ready to welcome in 2026.
