WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
* Deep cleansing and alignment:
This unique session with Sherry, combines Reiki and sound therapy to clear and balance your seven main chakras, washing away energetic blockages.
* Release old trauma:
Through a lovingly guided meditation created by Sherry, you will be supported in releasing trauma and troubles, freeing you from the energetic weight of your past and present.
* Manifest your desires:
Regain your personal power, giving you the clarity, strength, and courage to manifest the life you truly desire.
* Sensory immersion:
Relax in a welcoming, intimate space infused with the therapeutic scents of Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, and Palo Santo, and surrounded by the gentle flickering light of candles and Himalayan salt lamps.
* Vibrational healing:
Bathe in the deeply rooted frequency of sound therapy (including sounds of nature), and cleansed and charged crystals (please note….sound therapy music is pre-recorded).
WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR YOU:
* Yoga mat
* Light blanket
* Eye cover
* Bottled water
* Soft and firm bolsters are also available (please book to reserve as bolsters are limited).
PROVIDED AND YOURS TO KEEP:
* A cleansed and charged Sodalite tumbled stone infused with Reiki, to aid you throughout your journey of healing.
PLEASE BRING:
* Pillow(s)
What you may experience (common but not limited to…)

By the end of the session, you may feel relaxed, renewed, empowered, and ready to manifest your dreams into reality or…you may feel very tired…heavy…or emotional. Each person varies. But regardless of your experience….we will always hold space for you.
***SPECIAL NOTE….this energy cleansing and meditation is quite powerful. We strongly suggest that after the session…relaxing at home with minimal distractions or disturbances would be very beneficial (as you may continue to experience physical, and emotional releases of blockages that have been held in the body). But this quiet time after the healing/cleansing session is not a requirement…only a suggestion***

Final note…..Please arrive 20-30 minutes early (10:30 is perfect) to choose your crystal, as well as choose your space and settle in. Doors will be locked at 10:50 with no admittance after 10:55am
