"Discover Your Self" more and see what you want in pictures in this Vision Board workshop.• What you'll do
Create your own vision board with guidance from Yvonna. And get questions afterwards to ponder over.
You will be blown away with how well visualization works in getting to know your self, especially with the additional questions.
• What to bring
It is good practice to start your cuttings collection before you join us at the workshop, so please bring some cut outs. If you are running a little late, do not worry, just show up when you can, and text me. This is a creative space, no need to rush to get to Enjoy Your Life, Today!
If you want to, bring magazines, scissors, glue, board/canvas and an open mind. Definitely bring the things you have already cut out.
The A3 board/paper for 1 or 2 vision boards is provided. If you prefer to use something else, like an artist's canvas, corkboard, journal or proper board, please bring this with you.
Firstly, we will cut out more pictures, photos, words and anything else. I will explain how to select these images and words. I will talk you through the whole experience of discovering your Self more at the workshop. This workshop is part of the "Discover Your Self" workshop series ;)
Secondly you can arrange them on one or more vision boards.
Then I will give you the questions you can answer now with whatever comes up in your mind first.
You take home the vision board(s), questions to ponder, clarity and a newfound zest for your life!
• PREPAY ONLY, because it takes a lot of time to prepare this workshop. Minimum 3 attendees, so invite your friends!
