Create your own vision board with guidance from Yvonna.
You will be blown away with how well visualization works in getting to know your self.
• What to bring
It is good practice to work on your cuttings now, before you join us at the workshop, so please have some cut outs that you wish to use, ready. If you are running a little late, do not worry, just show up when you can, and let me know.
If you want to, bring some magazines, scissors, glue, cardboard/artist's canvas and an open mind. Definitely bring things you have already cut out.
The A3 paper for 1 or 2 vision boards is provided. If you prefer to use something else, like an artist's canvas or proper cardboard board, please bring it with you.
Firstly, we will cut out pictures, photos, words and anything else. I will tell you how to select these images and words. I will talk you through the whole experience of discovering your Self more at the workshop. This workshop is part of the Discover Your Self workshop series ;)
