這是一個歡迎一切的場域：
你的痛、你的憂傷、你的喜悅、你的愛、
你的感受、身體、移動、寧靜，和所有的一切。
允許自己成為自己真實的樣子，放下所有不需要的，
就只是讓身體帶領著我們，移動、體現、表達，
連結內在、連結身體、表達自己、連結生命。
身體具有的的智慧，知道該怎麼移動、怎麼滋養、支持我們，讓身體成為這場舞蹈的主導，讓自己自由。
狂喜舞蹈/ Ecstatic dance 是以舞蹈的形式，
讓參與者透過自發性的身體移動、任何形態的舞蹈，
來跟內在、自己、與生命連結，並且在舞蹈後，
沈澱安在，回到身心的寧靜與整合。
這場舞會將會給予身體全然的尊重，
並邀請所有的參與者，允許當下的發生，
信任身體及內在的驅動和流動。
舞蹈的開頭將有一些體現的移動引導，
支持每位參與者回到身體、連結內在、連結你的過程。
之後，就是自由的時間，探索跟經驗、並且自由的享受屬於你的舞蹈和移動。
舞蹈場域內沒有對話，你也可以選擇進入或出來，
休息或繼續，你的身體知道對你最好的選擇。
舞會期間場域外，將備有簡單的茶點，
不需要任何舞蹈相關的過往經驗，歡迎你/妳帶著放鬆的心情，
享受身體的移動，讓音樂與身體的流帶領著你，
享受與自己、與身體、與內在一起。
這是一場舞會，一場歡迎做自己的舞會。
與人連結、單獨相處，用任何你喜歡的方式享受這個夜晚，讓身體的智慧帶領你，讓你的感覺移動你。
∞ 場域主持者
Anand Prema / 歐陽 瑩
曾旅居於印度7年，靜心、生活，
深受印度神秘家奧修啟發，探索生命與自己的另一個向度。
熱衷於透過各種創造性的活動，靜心冥想和身體覺察，
來直接經驗生命、與內在本質。
自2009年開始與日本藝術治療與藝術家 Meera Hashimoto 修習藝術療癒，
並與澳洲舞蹈家 Navanita Harris 學習體現移動，
她受過多項訓練，包括：
體現舞蹈( Embodied Movement )、奧修藝術療癒師資 ( Meera Academy Certified Teacher ) 、
奧修所有的靜心治療團體 ( Osho Meditative Therapies ) 、
頭薦骨共振 ( Craniosacral Resonance )、澄心 ( Focusing )...等。
自2013年，她開始在印度奧修國際靜心社區、希臘、台灣等地，分享靜心治療團體、藝術靜心、活躍靜心與舞蹈活動。

This is the dance field that welcomes all.
All your feelings, your movements, and you.
Let go of everything, and just let your body guide you -into movements, rhythms, dances, yourself, and life.
There will be short guidance at the beginning of the dance, to support your process of today.
Then it is left to you to explore your body, dance, feelings, and you.
After that, a gentle guidance to rest in your body, and land.
During the dance, there is no talking.
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.
You can move in and out of the dance field according to your feelings.
∞ Facilitator / Anand Prema
Born in Taiwan.
I was working as a designer before I started my inner journey with Osho.
I met Meera in Osho Art Therapy and Painting Training 2009, India.
This meeting began a journey of reconnecting the joy of creativity in my life. Since then, I have been assisting and learning in the training for many years. The bliss of creativity is one of the greatest gifts Meera reawakened in me.
I was also trained in Osho Meditative Therapies, Craniosacral Resonance,
Tantra Consciousness, Embodiment Dance and Focusing.
For me, dancing is one of the biggest resources for me and nourishment in life.I enjoy and feel the passion to combine dance, movement, and methods of self-inquiry into a creative process.
I have been facilitating Osho meditative Therapies since 2013.
Now I also share creativity groups and dancing in India, Taiwan, and China.
