🧡This dreamy, tranquil session is in the wonderful setting of ORANGE BLOOM YOGA STUDIO🧡🕯️Please bring your own Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets, anything to get really comfortable. The studio has spares if you don’t have or forget something.
❄️Yoga Nidra or "Yogic sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, which is said to have many health benefits such as calming the nervous system, reducing stress/anxiety, and will help you have much deeper sleep.
❄️It is a restful practice of deep relaxation and self discovery. During Yoga Nidra your body is still, you are not asleep, you are aware and awake on a spiritual level.
❄️Everyone's experience is different and likely to be responsive to the situation you are in. It can be a space to rest, find creativity, hear your inner voice, or to connect with something greater than yourself.
❄️I will begin by welcoming you and giving to time to ground and settle, then once the practice of Yoga Nidra begins you are lay still and relaxed.
❄️ When the practice is complete there will be lovely herbal teas for you to enjoy before you leave. ☕️
