❄️ Winter’s Rest Soundbath – A Sanctuary of Stillness
As the year draws toward its close, come rest in sound — a cocoon of calm to soothe body and mind.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to settle the breath before being carried by crystal singing bowls and chimes.
This soundbath is an invitation to slow down, recharge your energy, and prepare gently for the festive weeks ahead.
🕯️ Bring: mat, blanket, pillow, or reclining chair — whatever brings you comfort. Dress warmly and arrive a few minutes early to settle.
❄️ When: Sunday 14th December, 4–5.15pm
❄️ Where: North Muskham Village Hall, NG23 6ER
