About this Event

Winter Solstice is a sacred moment when the energy of the Cosmos supports you in nourishing yourself through inward exploration and illumination. In this workshop, we’ll work with the fascia in the body, not just as connective tissue, but as a way to reprogram the entire system. We’ll combine postures, movement, and breath to release physical and emotional tension held in the fascia and energy field. This practice will create the foundation for meditation and relaxation. We’ll complete by bathing in the vibration of gongs, crystal bowls, vocal tones, and other instruments. Susan and Sam will infuse the entire space with energy frequencies and Reiki to allow you to receive more deeply. This workshop will support you in releasing the old to make way for the new.

Susan von Thun

Susan is a scientist, communicator, yogi, and healer. Through yoga, meditation, and various healing modalities, she has awakened many of her innate gifts as an intuitive healer. She is passionate about helping others become aware of their own gifts. She is a Hatha and kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive healer, and a certified master in Usui and Kundalini Reiki, along with other advanced reiki techniques. In all of her offerings, it is her intention to provide subtle, yet practical tools that will support your expansion and help you remember your own divinity.

Samuel Renfroe

With a passion for adventure, Sam strives to live to the fullest potential that life has to offer. Over the years, Sam has been challenged with health issues of his own, leading him down the path of all things health and wellness. As the journey went on, he began to realize that health wasn’t as simple as he once thought and that the body needs help not only in the physical but also in the emotional and energetic realms. Feeling called to help himself and others, Sam studied Reiki and worked with a few different teachers, being ignited into Holy Fire Reiki, which is a stronger, more concentrated flow of energy and love that goes exactly where it is needed.
