About this Event
Join local artist-educator Amanda Marlowe for her signature "Eco-Art" workshop for youth.
Eco-Art is a trash art workshop for kids designed to interact with the byproduct of consumption. The workshop presents a fun, yet thoughtful experience that engages sustainability, consumerism, and impermanence. All bits and bobs used for artmaking are upcycled, and participants are invited to bring your recyclables!
Materials supplied.
Sliding-Scale Participation Fee (suggested $25 per participant).
PLEASE NOTE: this workshop has a minimum attendance level of 5 pre-registered students; if that number is not met, participants will be notified of the event's cancelation and all donations will be refunded! Please invite your friends and their friends, so this exciting workshop can take place!
