✨🍂 Autumn Equinox Sound Bath 🍂✨ ✨🧘♀️🧘♂️✨ Join a soothing Sound Healing with Rhiannon Loretta at Kerry Village Hall on Wednesday 17th September.
✨ As we enter the seasonal shift from late summer to early autumn take a moment to pause and rest in this balance of energies. The Autumn Equinox is a gentle time to honour what has come before and reflect on our intentions for what lies ahead.
✨ During this sound bath we will welcome in our connection to the earth and all the energy the equinox has to offer us, finding connection to ourselves and a moment to rest and relax on this peaceful Wednesday evening.
✨ The session is 7pm-8:30pm, you will be guided by meditation into a deep and peaceful sound healing journey where we find stillness and calmness.
🧘♀️ You don’t need to of ever attended a meditation or sound healing before, just come along ready to rest and unwind.
✨ There will be time after the sound healing to reflect, journal, chit chat, sip a herbal tea and share anything you experienced during the healing.
✨ Spaces are limited so please book your spot early.

✨ *Please note session is not suitable for those pregnant in the first trimester, have epilepsy or a pacemaker*
✨ At this Sound Bath, a mat, blanket and cushion are provided but please fetch along anything you may need to be extra comfortable.
The Sound Bath lasts around 45 minutes to an hour, during this time you will be lay down. If you feel you might struggle with this, please let me know so we can chat about alternative seating for you.
✨You may also like to fetch a journal and pen along with you if you wish to write any reflections down.
