The event blends creativity with mindfulness, guiding guests to visualize the future they want to build while staying grounded in the present.
Guests begin with a guided grounding meditation, inviting them to connect to their values, dreams, and long-term goals. Soft music and a calm atmosphere create a supportive space where attendees can reflect without pressure.
From there, participants explore magazines, printed quotes, stickers, and art supplies to craft a personalized vision board—a visual roadmap of the life they’re calling in. Rather than focusing on symbolic destruction or release rituals, the workshop centers around positive creation, forward-thinking, and aligned action.
Throughout the event, optional reflection prompts help guests consider:
What brings them energy and joy
What they want to welcome into their life
Who they are becoming
What steps feel exciting, meaningful, or achievable
The session ends with a sharing circle (optional), where attendees can talk about their boards, celebrate one another’s visions, and commit to a small, doable action they will take in the next week.
