I invite you to a special sound journey as we gather on the threshold of the Autumn Equinox — a sacred moment when day and night stand in perfect balance.
This Sound Ceremony will guide you into harmony with the rhythms of nature and your own inner cycles. Surrounded by the vibrations of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you will be held in a cocoon of sound — a space for deep rest, reflection, and renewal.
✨ This ceremony creates space to:
– balance light and shadow within yourself
– release what has completed its cycle
– open your heart to gratitude and harvest the gifts of your soul
– prepare for the quieter, more inward season ahead
