This weekend is truly sacred pause for you to re centre in the harmony of your own glowing radiance as the beautiful trees are sealing their energy in fire colours for autumn & preparing to let go into stillness for winter.🍁
We will be inspired by natures teachings fully surrounded & held by the magnificent moors, in a beautiful Victorian house with fascinating history & glowing log fires while we relax in the lounge and practice in the Yoga barn.🔥
Relax into radiance to recharge with deep self-inquiry practices for your year and the seasons ~ empowering morning Yoga practices to deepen your connection with You the world & Yoga, relaxing afternoon yoga, create & journal, powerful meditations, pranayama and dreamy fireside evenings.🙏🏽

9pm Fire side Glowing Yoga nidra & Sound Bath dreams

8am Shiva & Shakti embodied yoga & breathwork
10am Breakfast
11.30am Chakra Meditation with art materials to create your own Chakra picture
1.30pm Lunch
Free time - walk on the moors / to the village / folk museum or take rest.
5pm Nourishing Yin with stories of the goddess
7pm Dinner
8.30pm Releasing / Honouring Fire ceremony & sound circle

11.30am-1pm Shinning Grace Yoga Nidra & Gratitude closing circle.

Delicious healthy Vegan food from Friday evening to Sunday breakfast (5 meals) with lots of herbal teas & treats too.
Gluten free & any nut / food allergies catered for - please let me know in advance.
Bedding and towels are not included - Please bring your own single bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels (duvets & pillows are provided) or sleeping bags.
