✨We will celebrate the winter solstice, in a beautiful candlelit sanctuary. Where we take time to pause and connect with our inner warmth and light, to bring us nourishment through winter.
🌟This gathering brings beautiful, nourishing very gentle yoga , simple breath work and deep rest, along with meditation and intention setting.
