Reset & Realign is a restorative New Year soundbath guided by The Sound Healers Collective, featuring six practitioners and over 80 sacred instruments. This immersive experience is designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and begin the year feeling centered, grounded, and aligned.
Settle into a relaxing space as layers of sound wash over the body, encouraging deep rest, emotional release, and inner clarity. Whether you’re seeking a fresh start, a moment of peace, or a gentle reset after the holidays, this journey offers a supportive space to breathe, soften, and begin again.
No experience needed — simply come as you are.
🧘 General Admission (BYOM):Includes access to the event. Guests should bring their own mat, blanket, pillow, or any items needed to feel comfortable while lying on the ground.
