Looking for a fresh, exciting activity to do on a Friday Night? Cloud Nine is hosting an Adult friendly (16 yrs+) Flow arts class for ALL skill levels. Bring a friend and let’s get Hooping!
Flow arts is an ever-evolving form of movement expression and a fun method of exercise, offering a unique experience for any skill level.
🗓️WHEN: Friday, February 28, 2025 @ 6-7:30p.m.
📍WHERE: Waupaca Recreation Center 407 School St, Waupaca, WI 54981 — upstairs in the Exercise Room.
✨PRICE: $15 per adult, (max 30 participants) **DROP INS are welcome with Cash or Check — please register with the Instructor, Madeline, upon arrival.**
Includes ALL materials such as quality Hula Hoops, silk hand fans, Sunwheel, Flags, etc.
🤸‍♀️1 hour class with 10 min stretch, learn a sequence of tricks and movements with the Hula Hoop, 30-40 min intro to Flow Arts + open GLOW jam till 7:45 p.m. (Rec closes at 8pm), complimentary water bottle & a Cloud Nine Sticker.
