This session is designed to help you unwind, release the tension that often builds at this time of year, and reconnect with your own centre before the festive rush begins.

Sound baths are not recommended for:
Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy
Those with severe or uncontrolled mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis)
People with sound-induced epilepsy
Those with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices.
Anyone with recent surgery, or who may be sensitive to loud/vibrational sounds.
