This workshop is for anyone who's chosen their word for 2026 (or narrowed it down to 2 options) and wants to go DEEPER—to explore what your word truly means and how to embody it all year long. How to truly anchor it into your daily life and manifest it!
What We'll Do:
Through guided meditation, intentional journaling, and mantra creation, you'll connect with your word on a deeper level and create practices to keep it alive throughout the year. The afternoon closes with a 60-minute sound healing to anchor your intention into your body and energy.
