About this Event
2ND ANNIVERSARY EVENT 💫❣️ we are excited to be collaborating with Noor from @prairiehope.wellness to create a full body experience ✨️Breath, movement & sound✨️
We will begin with Breathwork facilitated by Kat, Ecstatic Dance facilitated by Nickeeya, closing the session with a deeply relaxing Soundbath, by @prairiehope.wellness.
After the session is closed, we will enjoy teas, snacks (expect them to be more elaborate than usual 😉) and good company by candlelight.
When & where: Saturday, January 25th, 7-11pm, at Harrow United Church
