As the sun pauses on the shortest day, we gather in circle to honour the quiet magic of midwinter. Join us for a nourishing Solstice Women’s Circle, a morning to kindle the inner fire, soften into stillness, and reconnect with the wisdom the winter months carry.

Settle into sacred space, grounding ourselves in the deep calm of winter’s pause.
🔥 Light the Heart Fire
Through guided meditation and gentle breathwork, we’ll ignite an inner flame—symbolizing warmth, vitality, and renewal at the heart of the cold season.
🌲 Reflect & Release
Allow what no longer serves to fall away, creating space for healing and clarity. Journaling prompts and shared reflection will support this tender process.
